Thank to your generous donation we were able to implement the early stimulation program at the Albergue Santa María Josefa.

Lazos de Ayuda has managed to implement this program that will strengthen the development of orphaned children at the Santa María Josefa Shelter in Ferreñafe. Several of them, in addition to lacking parents or a family member to take charge of their upbringing and care, have some disability. These minors in particular have an impediment to walking, use wheelchairs and other minors have difficulty in pronouncing and articulating language. They cannot express themselves.

This orphanage run by nuns from the Siervas de Jesús de la Caridad congregation, has a capacity for 30 abandoned children who face various difficulties in their adequate psycho-socio-emotional development.  Currently the shelter houses 28 children from newborns to 5 years of age.
