Full of that religious fervor on the occasion of Holy Week, Lazos de Ayuda Foundation made a donation of 200 catechisms, the same number of rosaries and also the same number of Easter eggs to the children of the towns of Uyurpampa and Canchalaya in Incahuasi in a day where meditation reigned with reflection and praising the Lord.

Benefited by God
In coordination with the missionary mothers of the order “Jesus Verb and Victim”, they in such a sacrificed work traveling through each of the villages, accompanied us on long walks in such difficult terrains, crossing mountains and inclement weather with the only order to fulfill the mission emanated from the Almighty. Seeing the way to bring children to that light of Christ, trying to complement their religious education and catechesis, Lazos de Ayuda Foundation decided to make this donation where the children found fully illustrated catechisms containing the explanation of Christian doctrine.
Details:
The locality of Uyurpampa with a difficult access, of around 6 hours of intense roads between precipices, dangerous abysses added that day the rain making our route more complicated. With a bonfire at the door of the church, the event was started for Easter, lighting candles and praying with the children. Symbolically, it was asked to burn all the sins that accompany our lives. Thus, they entered the beautiful temple, praying at that sublime moment to begin the liturgy celebrated by the mothers.
Then the delivery of the already mentioned donation was completed, one by one the children with a smile of their own eagerly observed their book, hanging their rosary around their necks and with the little Easter egg to finish with the general blessing. Then came the compartment, the children and the whole population seated placed their food (potatoes, cheese, corn), to share together with the entire population waiting for Sunday and receive the Easter of resurrection.
